Honey that follows the rhythm of nature

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Our story

We are a small agricultural company specialising in the production and sale of Italian organic honey, born in Veneto as a modest workshop of artisanal beekeepers. Part of our work takes place in the Caorle lagoon, a stretch of coast within a protected nature reserve where environment, biodiversity and tradition live in balance. Our work rests on respect for the bees, for the environment and for natural cycles, so that we can offer an honest, traceable honey of high quality. The company was founded by Marco and Alessia, who turned a passion for beekeeping and for this land into a sustainable farming project.

WORK DONE WITH CARE

An artisanal method that respects biodiversity

Every stage in the making of our organic Veneto honey follows artisanal methods, never forced, with full respect for biodiversity. Our apiaries stand in selected, unspoiled areas of Veneto, far from any source of pollution.

A COMMON THREAD

Different honeys, one philosophy

Alongside the wildflower, we make several kinds of organic honey, each tied to a particular bloom and to the natural setting in which the bees work. This is possible thanks to nomadic beekeeping, the seasonal moving of hives: we carry the colonies to wherever the blossom is, so the bees can forage the right flowers at the right time.

A PLACE LIKE NO OTHER

Wildflower honey from the Caorle lagoon, shaped by its land

Among our finest is the wildflower honey of the Caorle lagoon, made in a coastal setting unlike any other. Here, between sea, pine woods and farmland, comes a honey of complex aroma that holds the essence of the place.

FROM HIVE TO JAR

Artisanal organic honeys

We make artisanal organic honey with full respect for the bees and the environment. From single-flower varieties to our honey from the Caorle lagoon, every jar tells of one bloom, one season and the corner of Veneto and Friuli where it was made.
